The first version of the EGOM was launched in 2013. Since then, it has been developed into a unique document combining international rules and regulations in a user-friendly manual. Today the EGOM offers up to date standardised procedures for handling passengers and cargo. It is used far beyond the borders of the EATC member nations.
To EATC, ground handling is as important as flying when it comes to ensure secure, effective and efficient air transport missions. This is also why EATC decided to integrated the EGOM into the EATC Operations Manual. The EGOM as such is an autonomous volume, but combined with the other volumes of the Operations Manual, it constitutes an interlinked set governing the flight regulations managed by EATC.
The EGOM is updated on a yearly basis to take into account the newest regulations and the 2023 version has just been launched. It can be downloaded here.
