The aim of the EATC Aeromedical Evacuation Day is to share and exchange strategic aeromedical procedures and to enhance synergies between all the actors involved in this process. EATC also plans to organise a static display showcasing aeromedical evacuation assets from EATC member nations.

Operational Planning Board and Long Term Planning Conference

The Operational Planning Board is the policy level to provide guidance on force generation and mission execution, including planning.

The Long Term Planning Conference gathers at expert level and creates the long term plans. The experts meet in two different settings: the training planning conference and the operational planning conference.

   on medium-long term plans
- agreeing on how to optimise exchange of services in both
   the ATARES and “shuttle system” concept
- sharing lessons learned for the integration of multinational
   units into the EATC concept

The aim of the meeting is to discuss current topics in the area of interest.

European Air Refuelling Training
EART is a multinational tanker training in conjunction with a large fighter exercise. The training objectives are based on the requests from EATC’s member nations. The training addresses basic and advanced crews.

Budget and Finance Committee
The committee gathers the financial representatives from the member nations. Objective: to advise the Air Chiefs on financial matters and to propose the multinational budget for the upcoming year.

European Tactical Airlift Programme – Symposium
ETAP-S is organised by the European Tactical Airlift Centre (Zaragoza).
Objective: to discuss tactical airlift subjects among experts from the nations participating in the programme as well as from third parties, such as EATC, EDA, etc...

Multinational Air Transport Committee
The MATraC is the EATC’s highest decision-making body and gathers representative of the air force authority of the member nations. The MATraC appoints the commander EATC and gives directives to him.

Combined Air Terminal Training
The training addresses junior handlers and junior officers.
Objective: to give first impressions in a multinational framework and to strengthen existing skills in multinational ground handling and air terminal operations environment.
The course includes theoretical and practical modules based on EATC’s EGOM. It is open to EATC and EAG nations.

10th anniversary event - Eindhoven Liberation Day
This event will take place in the framework of the City of Eindhoven celebration.

European Tactical Airlift Programme – Single Aircraft Course
Objective: to train tactical airlift qualified crews in a theatre deployment scenario and mind-set, including air land and airdrop missions, threats up to radar guided surface to air missile and air to air. Only daylight course.
ETAP-C is led by the European Tactical Airlift Centre (Zaragoza) and supported by EATC.

Advanced Combined Air Terminal Training
The training aims to increase the level of knowledge, skills and expertise in ground handling and air terminal operations. It includes theoretical and practical modules based on EATC’s EGOM.
The course is open to EATC and EAG nations. It addresses experienced NCOs or junior officers.

European Tactical Airlift Programme – Training
ETAP-T is an air mobility specific block training event, organized in a non-permanent environment and à la carte.
Objective : to offer flexible training in a variety of tactical airlift disciplines.
ETAP-T is led by the European Tactical Airlift Centre (Zaragoza) and supported by EATC.

The aim of the conference is to decide to launch new studies, to inform EATC member nations about the current status of ongoing studies and to decide to close finalized studies.

The conference is twofold gathering :
1. training experts
2. and actors responsible for the operational process.

Objective of the training syndicate : to prospect the national training calendar and to detect opportunities for cross participation in national trainings of the current year and the year ahead.
Objective of the operational syndicate: to give feedback of the last 6 month operations, to update the operational process, and to discuss relevant topics regarding operations scheduled for following months ahead.

The meeting aims to discuss procedures, to find solutions to arising problems, to outline the way ahead for further development of the multinational cooperation and to network in the domain of strategic aeromedical evacuation.

Operational User Group A400M
The OUG is a forum of A400M nations, including four EATC nations. The objective is to exchange best practice with a specific focus on the operational and technical domain.
