On 21 October 2025, the European Air Transport Command (EATC) had the honour of hosting Major-General Jan DamChief of the Royal Danish Air Force, at its headquarters in Eindhoven.

General Dam was accompanied by his Aide de Camp and the Danish Senior National Representative to the Multinational MRTT Unit (MMU). The visit aimed to strengthen Denmark’s familiarisation with EATC’s mission, structure, and multinational cooperation framework following the country’s integration into the MMU. It also underscored the growing ties and expanding cooperation between the EATC and the Danish Armed Forces in the field of multinational air mobility.

Major-General Franck Mollard, Commander EATC, welcomed General Dam upon arrival. The visit began with an office call between the two generals, offering the opportunity to exchange views on operational cooperation and to discuss future developments within the European air mobility domain.

The session offered General DAM and his delegation valuable insights into EATC’s mission, organisation, and achievements. A subsequent tour of the Mission Control facilities further illustrated EATC’s operational expertise and its crucial contribution to Europe’s integrated air mobility.

The visit concluded with a standing lunch, fostering informal exchanges and reinforcing professional ties among the participants. A group picture and the signing of the EATC guest book marked the close of the visit, symbolising the strengthening relationship between the Royal Danish Air Force and the European Air Transport Command.
