Three German Transall aircraft - normally flying assets for the European Air Transport Command - transport and deliver since the end of January goods to assist the AFISMA mission. By deploying the ECOWAS troops into Bamako the three aircraft therewith contribute in the international will to overcome the insurgents thread in Mali.
