EATC started the New Year 2023 with a new Deputy Commander. On 09 January 2023, Belgian Brigadier General Patrick Mollet took over from Brigadier General Paul Desair who left his position for a new career in the civilian world.
The EATC is a well-known environment for General Mollet. Already in 2016 he joined the headquarters in Eindhoven as the Belgian Senior National Representative. During these seven years, General Mollet headed successively the three EATC divisions.
“ I have been dealing with EATC for many years. Back in 2010 I was appointed Head of the Belgian NMTCC* with an important task to integrate the then new born EATC organisation into the Belgian air mobility processes. I have seen the organisation grow and become mature both from the inside and outside. And now the EATC is adapting to an ever changing world. Hence, I am very honored to assume the role of the Deputy Commander.”
