The EATC will be the biggest user of the Airbus A400M "Atlas" - reason enough to create an own website chapter for the new aircraft, that will revolutionize the military air transport inside Europe. No propeller engined aircraft can carry that much load, flying comparably high and fast on wide distances. The versatile MRTT concept is included in an ambitious concept, basing on Airbus A380 technology. The Airbus A400M can therefore play on different roles: Strategic carrier and tactical transport combined in one aircraft, that can also be equipped for Aeromedical Evacuation and Air-to-Air refuelling.
