Visit of the new headquarters
On Monday 8 May 2017, the Minister of Defence of the Netherlands, Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert, was warmly welcomed by the EATC commander, Major General Chris Badia, in the new EATC headquarters at Eindhoven airbase.
The minister received a tour through the extraordinarily designed building that was offered to EATC by the Dutch Government. She visited the pleasant and clear office space, and in particular EATC’s “mission control” where all flight activities are monitored on a 24/7 basis. Minister Hennis-Plasschaert was also given an outline on EATC’s visionary outlook into the future.
