On Tuesday 15 November 2016, the Commander of EATC, Major General Chris Badia, warmly welcomed the newly appointed French Commander of the CSOA, Brigadier General Philippe Gueguen. The programme included a presentation on EATC’s achievements of the past six years followed by an outline on the visionary outlook into the future.
