On Monday 05 June 2023, the LHP took off gathering the teams in Orléans (France) and getting coordinated. The cross-maintenance team flashed into action as of Tuesday performing cross-servicing and on Wednesday, they started the first cross-maintenance activities with German technicians replacing a lifting rope on a French A400M, allowing the French crew and paratroopers to perform their mission as planned.
This is the first time that a A400M multinational maintenance detachment performs cross-maintenance activities in compliance with EATC’s recently released “Cross-Maintenance Operations Manual. Interesting in more information, click here!
