During a visit by representatives from the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport (DG MOVE) and the European Defence Agency (EDA) to the European Air Transport Command (EATC), Dutch national broadcaster NOS covered a live Air-to-Air Refuelling (AAR) mission aboard a Multinational Multirole Tanker Transport Unit (MMU) A330 MRTT aircraft.
The demonstration included the in-flight refuelling of Belgian F-16 fighter jets and showcased the precision, coordination, and multinational cooperation required to conduct complex military air mobility operations across Europe.
