On 15 February 2024, Major General Franck Mollard, EATC Commander, met with the OCCAR-EA Director, M Joachim Sucker, at OCCAR’s premises in Bonn (DEU).
They discussed in particular EATC’s projects regarding A400M sharing of spare parts.
“While, cross-maintenance is nowadays already reality, sharing of spare parts is not. However I am convinced that there is an essential need for sharing supplies.” stated the EATC Commander. He thanked his counterpart for the offer to address these considerations to the A400M Programme Board.
“Next summer, EATC will support some of its member nations to commonly deploy to the Pacific Region. This will be an excellent opportunity to organise various A400M cross-activities and have a return of experience that I am more than happy to share with OCCAR .”
