Watch German ATW 63 “SpecOps” training
The Air Transport Wing 63 (ATW 63) is chosen to assist special operations within the German Armed Forces – and therewith to remarkably expand its range of capabilities.
In close cooperation with helicopters and due to the conversion of the C-160 on the use of night vision goggles (NVG) new scenarios for the squadron's entry into the use and practice with special operations are trained at Hohn Air Base in Northern Germany.
