A change of command at EATC on 28 June 2017
French Major General Pascal Chiffoleau has been nominated as the next commander EATC.
Major General Chiffoleau will take over the command on 28 June 2017 from German Major General Chris Badia. Previously he has served a term of three years as EATC deputy commander and chief of staff (July 2014 – June 2017). Major General Chiffoleau has a successful career path as a C-160 pilot in the French air force and held among others the position of the Commander “air mobility brigade”.
The German Brigadier General Andreas Schick has been nominated new chief of staff EATC.
The positions of commander EATC and chief of staff EATC rotate currently between Germany and France.
