on the first European Air-to-Air Refuelling Training
On Thursday, 3rd April 2014 at 9.30h the European Defence Agency together with the European Air Transport Command and the Eindhoven Air Base (EAB) will start a Media Day according to the first multinational European Air-to-Air Refuelling Training, “EART 2014”.
The event starts at the EAB Base Information Center, takes over to EATC premises and leads finally over to the flight line of Eindhoven Air Base.

not later than Wednesday, 02 April 2014, 9.30.
For joining the event and gaining access to the Air Base it is requested to accredit by providing us/sending back to us
following information:
- title, the full last and first name, initials of both
- date and place of birth
- nationality, passport number
- name of the medium that is represented
- special wishes (e.g. technical issues)
Accredited personnel/organisations/guests will receive a confirmation by email with a visitor information/route description.
Military media shall enter the Air Base with a NATO Travel Order or Military ID (Soldiers only).
Please be kind to aware and accept, that there are due dates fixed we have no influence upon: If the accreditation reaches us too late, we might have to abstain from the accreditation request. Because there is also a contingent maximum, a situation can occur where we have to abandon further requests.
